Welcome to the February edition of the Gilligan's Island Fan Club. 
(I really need to start off the newsletters by saying something 
different, but I'm too dumb to think of anything original).

Have you seen Gilligan on Nick At Nite lately? I haven't. Actually it
has been moved to the wee hours of the morning (2am and 6am). The
show is still on, but you may have to set your VCR to view them.
TBS also runs it in the morning. If you ever want to know what episode
is playing and when, just go here and type in Bob Denver. You'll
find out what's playing at a glance.

The ORIGINAL S.S. Minnow has been found! John McNally sent us a
newspaper clip from his hometown in Canada and we got to interview
the owner of the Minnow. The full story is here with pictures and all!

You will freak when you see this, as seeing is believing! George Smith 
has made the Voodoo dolls from the episode "Voodoo." Once you go
to this page you will see what I mean! They are currently not for
sale, but hopefully in the future he can make a mold and sell them to 
us one day!

Did you watch Mad TV on 1-20-01? I didn't either. Apparently they 
did a Gilligan's Island parody and I missed it. Sorry folks, but
I was informed AFTER it was on. If anybody saw it, please let me
know.

Alan Hale Jr. (Skipper) owned a restaurant in Los Angeles called "The
Lobster Barrel." We don't know too much about this place except for 
the address. We will try to have a story before our next newsletter. If 
anybody has any info at all about the "Lobster Barrel" inform us.

We are trying to find a couple of more things. They are the 
Gilligan's Island Musical script, Gilligan's Planet and the New 
Adventures of Gilligan's Island. We would just like info and not 
your merchandise. 

Still looking for a Flash Demo artist to make us a flash demo on
our opening page that will knock our socks off! I know there
is somebody out there, I just can't find them. Please rescue us!

I know I've said it before and I will say it again. It's people like
you that make the site what it is today. Without John and George
(not the Beatles) telling us about the Minnow and Voodoo dolls we
would have never known they existed. Thanks to all of you who
have donated info to our site!!!
