Without the Lagoon, Gilligan's Island couldn't be "Gilligan's Island." This is where everything seemed to occur. The lion washed ashore, the natives arrived here as so did all of the guests, the Russians landed, radioactive seeds were found, a sea mine was caught by Gilligan, the S.S. Minnow raft was found, a box of movie costumes was caught, cannon ball crate was found while digging, the list goes on and on.
